Petit Be fort at low tide, seen from the Saint-Malo walls. Petit Be is a tidal island near Saint-Malo, France, close to the larger island of Grand Be. At low tide the island can be reached on foot from the nearby Bon-Secours beach. On Petit Be is a fort built in the 17th century. It was part of the defense belt designed by Vauban to protect the city of Saint-Malo from British and Dutch fleets. This belt also included the walls of the Saint Malo.

I have not added any new work in over two years due to an automobile accident on 12/31/16. I am still recovering from my injuries and have not picked up my camera for the entire two years. I truly hope that my recovery is complete in the near future. Travel and photography allows me to share the beauty of the world God has created.
