A view of historical Ghent, Belgium showing St Nicholas Church, Belfry, and St Bavo Cathedral. Ghent is a city and a municipality located in the Flemish region of Belgium. It is the capital and largest city of the East Flanders province. The city started as a settlement at the confluence of the Rivers Scheldt and Lys and in the Middle Ages became one of the largest and richest cities of northern Europe. Today it is a busy city with a port and a university.

I have not added any new work in over two years due to an automobile accident on 12/31/16. I am still recovering from my injuries and have not picked up my camera for the entire two years. I truly hope that my recovery is complete in the near future. Travel and photography allows me to share the beauty of the world God has created. We have so much to be thankful for and just looking around us gives us a reason to praise God for his beauty. Also, I look at photography as a means of helping others with their future.
